Payment and delivery
- An order will be confirmed within 3 working days (excluding Saturdays and public holidays) after payment successfully made.
- We accept the following payment method:
i) Bank Transfer
- Please be sure to pay within 48 hours after placing an order;
- On completing bank transfer, please inform us by [Shop and customer comments] box in the order page.
- Please be reminded that online bank transfer from other bank accounts would have a service charge for each transaction. We suggest proceeding via ATM.
ii) Credit card or PayPal (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, UnionPay)
- A 3% surcharge will be added to payments made by Credit card of PayPal. - Payment will NOT be refunded once it has been confirmed.
- An email notification will be received after the order is SENT.
- We provide the following shipping methods:
i) Local Mail - $14 (delivery within 3 - 7 working days)
ii) S.F. Express - Self-pickup Service $30 (delivery within 1 - 3 working days)
iii) Self-pickup at consignment stores (check the store address) - The date of arrival of the product may vary depending on the delivery service.
